Hiszek abban, hogy mindenkiben ott van a problémájára a megoldás. Ennek megtalálására viszont szükség lehet segítségre. Ich freue mich immer, wenn ich mit dieser Technik Menschen helfen kann, die sich in eine festgefahrene Situation befinden. Ich glaube, dass ein jeder die Lösung für sein Problem bereits kennt. Um dies herauszufinden ist jedoch Unterstütztung erforderlich. Mi az a coaching?
Mielőtt belevágnál egy ilyen típusú önismereti folyamatba érdemes tudni pár fontos dolgot:
● Ez egy partneri viszony, nincs alá-fölérendeltség.
● Jelen és jövő orientált, nem próbál meg múltbéli dolgokat feloldani.
● Egy folyamatnak egy fő célja van és általában 5-10 alkalmas beszélgetésből áll.
● Egy alkalom kb. egy óra, ami lehet 55 - 65 perc.
● A coach a folyamatért felelős, te pedig a tartalomért.
● A coach nem ad tanácsot, nem bírál, nem ítélkezik és nem akarja rád erőltetni a saját megoldását.
● A cél az, hogy te találd meg a saját válaszodat a kérdésedre.
● A fókusz rajtad van - az ideális beszédarány 80%(te)-20%(coach)
● A coachingra teljes titoktartás érvényes.

Was ist Coaching?
Bevor man sich auf einen solchen Selbsterkenntnisprozess einlässt, lohnt es sich, einige wichtige Dinge zu wissen:
● Es handelt sich um eine Partnerschaft.
● Es ist ein Gegenwarts- und Zukunftsorientiert, versucht nicht, Dinge aus der Vergangenheit zu lösen.
● Ein Prozess hat ein Hauptziel und besteht in der Regel aus 5-10 Gesprächen.
● Eine Sitzung dauert ca. eine Stunde, die 55 - 65 Minuten betragen kann.
● Der Coach ist für den Prozess verantwortlich und du bist verantwortlich für den Inhalt.
● Der Coach gibt keine Ratschläge, kritisiert nicht, urteilt nicht und möchte dir nicht seine eigene Lösung aufdrängen.
● Ziel ist es, dass du deine eigene Antwort auf deine Frage findest.
● Du stehst im Mittelpunkt – das ideale Sprechverhältnis liegt bei 80 % (du) – 20 % (Coach)
● Für das Coaching gilt absolute Vertraulichkeit.

What is coaching?
Before entering in this type of self-knowledge process,a few important things need to be clear:
● This is a partnership, there is no subordination.
● It is present and future oriented, it does not try to solve things from the past.
● A process has one main goal and usually consists of 5-10 conversation sessions.
● One session is approx. an hour, which can be 55 - 65 minutes.
● The coach is responsible for the process and you are responsible for the content.
● The coach does not give advice, does not criticize, does not judge and does not want to impose his own solution on you.
● The goal is to find your very own answer to your question.
● The focus is on you - the ideal speaking ratio is 80% (you)-20% (coach)
● Full confidentiality applies to coaching.
